I am a clinical mental health counseling intern working under supervision to provide compassionate mental health counseling services. I am currently in a Masters in Mental Health Counseling program at Grand Canyon University, I also hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology.  I have lived in Tucson since I was a child and have worked in the medical field for 19 years. 

I am committed to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and stress. I enjoy working with adolescents and adult clients.  I will approach each session in a collaborative, empathetic and non-judgmental way. I will help to foster an environment where clients will feel safe, heard, and supported.

I believe in the impact that therapy has on a person’s life to make meaningful changes and reach their goals. I will support clients with achieving their goals and enhancing their overall well-being
